Chinese cylinder blue and white bitong

This blue and white Chinese cylindrical bitong is decorated with a scene including figures in a watery landscape, perhaps a wife bidding her husband goodbye as he goes in search of fish.
It is a tall pot, and was most likely created for export probably in the late 19th or early 20thC. It follows the classic design of a tall pot, to hold a calligraphers brushes, or part finished rolled scripts or pictures. It is in excellent condition. No marks to the base. It tapers very slightly from the top.
It measures a shade over 18.5 cms tall and approx 11cms outside diameter at the top, and slightly less than 10cms at the shallow stepped base.
