Early 19thC Tavern Table

SOLD

Increasingly hard to find, this is a very good, early 19thC, tavern table in elm. The frame is in its original red paint, with distinctive extra cross members under the table top. The top itself is made from a single plank of elm and measures approx 4' x 23".
It is a classic West Country style, and good ones like this are getting more and more rare. Wonderful table for a small kitchen, prep table in a larger space or in a sitting room. Whichever room it goes in, it will enhance it
