19thC table top drawers

Early 19thC pine drawer set, with glass handles. Probably from an engineers, or perhaps a watchmakers, workshop, and maybe made by the person who used them for many years. They have deep red, almost maroon tone, under the years and years of patina which is so charmingly worn in places. They are quite dark, almost a mahogany colour, which sets off the glass drawer pulls beautifully. A great chest.

Measures a fraction longer than 2' wide, 9" deep and about 11½" tall.
