GWR First Aid Outfit

This is a marvellous piece of railwayana, from the golden age of steam.
A partially full first aid box, probably fitted in the carriage of a steam train, possibly the train numbered on the front in red letters. Alternatively it may have been in a numbered location such a a signal box.
The empty boxes are sought after, but to find one with as much content as this one is a real bonus.
