Early 18thC Walnut Chest of Drawers

This lovely walnut chest dates from the early 18thC. It has a rounded frame, D section, with two short over three full-width drawers and sits on probably later but appropriate style feet and it retains excellent brass work although, despite the locks being present, it lacks all keys. It has a few signs of repair to the veneer on the top, but I don't object to this as it tells the story of its age. Given it is heading for 300 yrs plus I wouldn’t want it any other way.
As I hope the photographs show it presents very well. It certainly looks lovely in the shop.

It measures 98.5cms wide x 57cms deep and stand 87cms tall.
