A true pair of 19thC door stops

A pair of cast iron rampant lions in opposition, so they can stand either side a large door. Each lions rests a paw on a scrolled vacant cartouche (I have seen these painted in family colours etc) and they stand upon a classical style plinth embellished with floral scrolls.
Plain backs, about 14”/35cms tall and very weighty at approx 5.3Kg EACH.
