Pair of ships ‘riding’ lights

This excellent pair of copper 'riding' lights are the sort that would have been illuminated on a moored yacht*. They have now been completely rewired (Clarkes Electrical, Tiverton, August 2023) with gold twisted braid wire and given an inline switch. They would make excellent bedside wall lights. They need a flat wall hook, but other than that they are ready to go. They have their original glass, in excellent condition, and depending on the bulb you choose, give every option from the current lovely soft glow, to something really quite bright. 

They measure about 10cms tall.
