This is a multi-adjustable artist's studio easel, made in oak and with a clever system of locking brass rods that allow the angle to be almost infinitely varied.
The frame itself has signs of use and plenty of paint splashes. It is very sturdy and works well, the only repair being to the top of the upper rod which has a modern nut but works fully and correctly.
The height is variable from somewhere between about 108cms to about 140cms. It is 60cms wide and a similar depth.
